Mark Krzesak
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Krzesak is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Eternal Security Services which he founded in 2005.
Mark has more than 30 years of police and security experience, and is retired with more than 25 years of service with the Warren Police Department. Mark studied criminal justice at Macomb Community College, and has special training and experience in fields such as gang suppression and executive protection. He has provided protective services to a variety of clients, including foreign dignitaries.
Outside of his profession, Mark has given both financial support and hands-on assistance with a variety of charitable, humanitarian, and relief projects. He has been married for more than 30 years, and he and his wife have two adult children.
John Rock
Chief Operations Officer
John is retired after more than 25 years of service with the Warren Police Department and has more than 30 years of experience in police and security services.
John has police aviation experience and has a commercial pilot’s license. He is also experienced in executive protection, having provided protective services to a variety of clients, including executives from Fortune 500 companies.
John has studied human resources and business marketing at Macomb Community College and Oakland University.
Rick Schnur
Vice President - Special Operations
Rick contributes several professional traits to ESS. Rick is currently a retired Police Officer, with nearly 23 years of police experience, with a local Metro-Detroit Police Department.
During his employment, Rick has worked on a multi-jurisdictional Federal Task Force responsible for investigating crimes that spanned over numerous countries. Rick has testified in numerous district and circuit court hearings and trials.
Rick has extensive experience and training in the latest techniques utilized in surveillance and investigations. Rick obtained his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Macomb Community College.
Ken Fouty
Vice President - General Operations
Ken has over 10 years experience working in sworn law enforcement and corporate security services. A former Deputy Sheriff, Operations Manager, Account Manager and Active Shooter Response team member.
He has worked security at Chrysler World Headquarters, the GM Tech Center and Eternal Security Services. He is a certified Active Shooter Instructor, CPR | First Aid| AED instructor and has been trained in Incident Command.
Ken has an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement, Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and MBA.
